Qualifications Any person, racing or non-racing, dedicated to the purposes of this association and participating as a racing competitor in three or more NDA-sanctioned races within the past two years of membership application shall be eligible upon approval by the Board and payment of dues and fees.    Membership Dues A participant in NDA-sanctioned events is given a choice of payment methods. One can pay $50.00 annually and become a member (or) pay $100 per boat.
