| The National Doryman's Association is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. The articles of incorporation were executed in Dana Point, California, on June 18, 1992, with Al Lavayen and Carter Mudge as authorizing agents. |
Goal of NDA
| The specific purpose of this corporation is to foster national or international amateur sports competition (but only if no part of its activities involve the provision of athletic facilities or equipment) within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 or corresponding provision of any future U.S. internal revenue law. |
